Ingredients
For the Salad
- 1 ½ C sunflower sprouts
- 1 C arugula
- 2 carrots, shaved or chopped
- 3 radishes sliced thin
- 1 small-medium cucumber, sliced
For the Dressing
- 2 T fresh lemon juice
- ½ – 1 teaspoons agave
- ½ teaspoons Dijon mustard
- ¼ teaspoons kosher salt
- ¼ C olive oil
Method
Preparing the toast
Mix all of the vegetables together.
Combine all Dressing ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Toss it all together!
Top off with:
